Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By accessing https://1d4.bio or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply under Bangladesh law and are created for residents of Bangladesh. No one under 18 years old may use the 1d4 platform. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age and competent to agree to these terms.
1d4 reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration Process
To create an account on 1d4, you must provide accurate and complete information. One person is allowed to operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
Password and Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not give access to your account to any third party. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to support immediately. 1d4 is not liable for losses caused by negligence.
User Responsibilities
- Do not engage in any fraudulent activities on the platform.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other members’ accounts.
- Do not use software or automated systems to manipulate the platform.
- Keep all provided information up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Platform Usage Rules and Account Policy
Authorized Use
The 1d4 platform is for personal entertainment only. Commercial use of platform content or distribution is prohibited. Members may use Sports Betting, Casino Games, Lottery, and VIP features solely for personal enjoyment.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
1d4 may suspend or permanently close accounts without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspected money laundering or illegal activity.
- False information provided.
If an account is closed, returning the remaining balance depends on the outcome of the investigation. Verified valid balances will be refunded.
Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All financial transactions on 1d4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions through other methods may not be accepted.

Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawal requests. Deposited funds must not be used for purposes other than betting or gaming. 1d4 reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions for review. Transactions with false payment information may be canceled and accounts suspended.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, text, and graphics on the 1d4 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 1d4. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using this content beyond personal use by members is strictly prohibited.
Liability
1d4 is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, 1d4 accepts limited liability for damages caused by technical failures, internet issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. Financial losses from betting or gaming are the sole responsibility of the member.
Third-Party Services
1d4 may use third-party services for payment processing. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies applicable on their own platforms. 1d4 is not responsible for external links or the content and activities of third-party services.
Changes to Terms, Applicable Law, and Contact
1d4 reserves the right to modify, add, or revoke any part of these Terms at any time. For major changes, members may receive notifications in their accounts. Continued use after changes is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes regarding these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangladesh.
